Professor Li Wei's "Organizational Behavior" Wins Outstanding Textbook Award from CHRD

In order to promote the development of China's human resource management and related disciplines, to promote the quality of scientific research and personnel training in this field, and to reward innovative achievements, the Chinese Association of Human Resource Development (CHRD) established the “Outstanding Achievement Award of CHRD”. In January 2024, the second (2024) Outstanding Achievement Award of CHRD was officially launched.

 

A total of 66 submissions were received from 51 universities and organizations across the country, and all of them met the declaration conditions after formal examination. According to the “Outstanding Achievement Award Selection Methods of CHRD (for trial implementation)”, the secretariat of the Expert Committee of CHRD organized the preliminary evaluation of 66 declarations by peer experts in the industry (12 people), and the final evaluation of the CHRD, and it is proposed to determine the 12 Excellent Teaching Achievement Awards, the 12 Outstanding Writings Awards, and the 10 Outstanding Teaching Materials Awards.
